Refund policy
EXCHANGE POLICY: It is entirely possible to exchange an item received if it is still in its original condition (within 14 days). However, we do not issue refunds. If you wish to exchange your order or an item, please write to us at sabrina@lakomplice.com, mentioning your name, your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange and the item(s) you wish to exchange it for. Shipping costs for the new shipment and return will be at your expense. No exchange will be made if the return package does not arrive at its destination (1090 Lanciault, QC, J2S 8R1 (your responsibility)). We will get back to you as soon as possible to proceed with the exchange.
PROMOTION POLICY: Please note that no promo codes can be added once you receive your order confirmation. Although it may be disappointing to miss a promotion, it is not possible to correct the payment. It is your responsibility to validate your basket. Also, if we launch surprise promotions and you placed an order the day before, we will not be able to make the price adjustment.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre-order dates are always approximate. Products may arrive before or after this date. We suggest that you place two separate orders if you wish to receive the other items in your order earlier, since all items will be shipped AT THE SAME TIME.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are shipped between 1 and 4 business days; this means that no orders will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. When you place an order, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once the parcel has been dispatched, it is impossible to change the address and we will not be able to resend your order. If Purolator does not claim your package, it will be returned to us and you will have to pay the $12 + tax fee again in order to proceed with the new shipment. If the fee is not paid, your order will remain on hold for 30 days. Please note that we do not accept returns, only exchanges. This also applies if you do not claim your package. Please do not hesitate to contact the carrier if you have any questions about the status of your order.
