When will my order ship?
Every order ships within 1 to 2 business days and arrives quickly!
What does “backordered” mean?
The current print run sold out and the next one is on its way. You can order now to reserve yours; you are charged at checkout and we ship as soon as boxes arrive.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on the Complete Collection. For everything else, rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Are the illustrations really made without AI?
Yes. Every scene is drawn by a real illustrator we select and pay a royalty to on every puzzle sold. Their names are on the box.
Do you sell to shops?
Absolutely! Visit the Retailers page to request the wholesale catalogue.
Where are the products made?
Our products are printed in China. Everything else is done here in Québec.
